Women First Digital Sierra Leone, in Partnership with Girls’ Skill Training Platform, Hosts Awa Evolving Circle. On the 21st of May 2022 at 12pm, Women First Digital Sierra Leone, in partnership with Girls’ Skill Training Platform, held a “Mixed Awa Evolving Circle” at 113 Lower Allentown, Freetown, Sierra Leone.
About 36 participants attended the said circle. The attendees were males and females between the ages of 18- 27 years. The focus of the circle was to ensure that participants become informed about where to get reliable information on their sexual reproductive health, identify issues affecting their lives and also focus on their personal development.
Women First Digital, a platform that provides reliable information on sexual reproductive health and rights and its websites: www.findmymethod.org , www.safe2choose.org and pinkshoes.org were deliberated on. The Circle was very interactive as topics like Gender Based Violence, Entrepreneurship and Abortion ( safe & unsafe) were discussed.
